Merryn’s Musings John Of God At The Omega Institute October 1-4th, 2007 The whole session took no longer than twenty minutes. Right at the end of the ritual John of God positioned himself in a way that we could all hear him clearly. In his rich powerful voice, vibrating with the energies of the Entities he addressed us in his native tongue announcing that “the healing has taken place.” As he uttered the words I felt an enormous amount of heat emanating from my heart center and my hand seemed like it was glued to my blouse. It was quite an extraordinary feeling. Talking with my husband later he said he had a similar experience.

I know first hand how important it is for us to cherish our precious energy so we don’t compromise our capacity for passion. I now believe that the most profound transformations can only take place only on an energetic level. I’ve met many patients who’ve spent much time and money on talk therapy hoping that intellectual insights will bring emotional freedom, but they’re disappointed. As much as I love the linear mind, my approach, which I call “Energy Psychiatry,” goes further to also facilitate a conscious rebuilding of a subtle energies, the most basic life force in each of us.
The Armstrong Project, now formally known as Dogs For Diabetics, Inc. began almost seven years ago, when the founder, Mark R., began researching the possibility of training dogs to detect type 1 diabetes relatedlow blood sugarand physically alert the diabetic to the impending drop. His own life was saved by a black Labrador puppy named Benton, while he was asleep in a hotel room on his way back from a training center for guide dogs and on his way to Benton’s new blind owner. Benton sensed his blood sugar had dropped dramatically while Mark was sleeping, and the puppy woke him up. Animal World Divas Thrive at The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee
As I proof read this in the sun on the Q-Barn deck, the Divas trumpet and squeak, their songs ringing out over the entire valley. They are greeting Julia, (their lead caregiver) who is on her way back through the valley on her four- wheeler. We must help them, protect them, love and respect them, but most of all look what we can learn from these amazing elephants. What gifts they bestow.
