The Peaceful Warrior is a movie that reaches out to not just young adults, but to all of us.

Dan Millman (Scott Mechlowicz) is a talented college gymnast with Olympic dreams. He has it all: trophies, teammates, fast motorcycles, girls and wild parties. Then Dan's world is turned upside down when he breaks a leg in a car crash.

Disappointed and disillusioned, he meets a mysterious stranger who calls himself a peaceful warrior (Nick Nolte), who holds the power to tap into new worlds of strength and understanding. With his help and after meeting an elusive young woman named Joy (Amy Smart), Dan discovers he has much to learn and even more to leave behind before he can become a peaceful warrior and find his destiny.

Based on the semi-autobiographical book, Way of the Peaceful Warrior by Dan Millman.

Viewers call the movie "life changing":

"This movie is a great story about a guy that is forced to re-evaluate his life after a serious accident shatters his perfect world. Shows us what is really important in life, living in the moment, and finding joy and happiness in everyday living."

"Truly powerful & inspirational..."

"I read the book the movie is based on and it was life changing for me. So, when I heard the movie was coming out, I look forward to it with great anticipation. I was not disappointed. A very well made film that captures the heart and soul of the book. Nick Nolte was a joy to watch. I highly recommend the movie and it may even change your life. If you want more after seeing it, dive into the book."
