Touch for Health is a system of applied kinesiology combining the principles of acupuncture and modern scientific research. According to Oriental Medicine the energy which flows through the meridians (the “circuits” of subtle energy which run through the body) is essential to the functioning of every aspect of our body and mind.

Each meridian is related to specific muscle groups, and Touch for Health uses these muscle groups to quickly test the overall state of the meridian system and to determine whether a specific meridian is functioning optimally or not. If not, it provides simple methods for bringing a system back into balance and returning it to its natural healthy state. Touch for Health is an excellent complement for health practitioners of all stripes and it also offers those of us who are not healthcare practitioners a simple methodology to help maintain our own and our family’s health.

Note: Completion of this Level 1 Touch for Health training will give you all you need to begin practicing and is certified by the Touch for Health Kinesiology Association. www.tfhka.org
