Self-actualization is a term that describes the process by which you become everything you can be, living up to your possibilities and the inner dream that motivates your life. Your life is a journey that gives you the chance, through both obstacles and opportunities, to self-actualize. Doing anything less is cheating both yourself and the world.
So often, when something “bad” happens to us, it appears to be purposeless suffering. But what if our most difficult experiences are actually rich with hidden purpose — purpose that we ourselves planned before we were born? Could it be that we choose our life’s circumstances, relationships, and events?… On Earth, in a realm of duality and stark contrast, we often encounter a lack of love. As we choose in the face of such experiences to give and receive love freely and unconditionally, we remember who we really are.
Wellbeing & Healing A Statement on Self-Help Jin Shin Jyutsu® by Mitzi & Don Adams “… We are moving energy with Jin Shin Jyutsu. All disease and disharmony is stagnant energy. When the pond is stagnant, how can life grow? We, too, have to cleanse and oxygenate our bodies for our cells to renew. Overnight healing is rarely a scenario we see in those with chronic pain or illness. These people often have developed attitudes that dictate where they remain in their illness. Thoughts are very powerful. If they think themselves as unwell all the time with no possibility of hope, their process of healing could possibly take longer.”

I hope that my research here today will help you find any answers you were looking for, satiate your curiosity, or at the very least, inspire you to seek out more about Druidism. “Druids seek above all the cultivation of wisdom, creativity and love. A number of lives on earth, rather than just one, gives us the opportunity to fully develop these qualities within us.”

WEBSITE OF THE MONTH:
Dr. John L. Turner
Medicine, Miracles, and Manifestations, is the twenty-year story of Dr. Turner’s contributions to the field of neurosurgery through Integral Medicine. The concept of Integral Medicine has been written about by notable members of the medical community, including Andrew Weil, Larry Dossey, Deepak Chopra, Mehmet Oz and Dean Ornish. Each of these writers is a physician who specializes in internal medicine or surgery. What makes John Turner similar to these writers is that he, too, is a physician. What makes him different from these writers is that he is a neurosurgeon. In fact, he is the only brain surgeon to write of medicine from this perspective: hand’s on use of complementary techniques prior to, during and after surgery, and exploration of pathways that lead to the spiritual world.
Medicine, Miracles, and Manifestations reveals how metaphysical events such as remote viewing, telepathy, consciousness and life-after-death are verifiable manifestations of the manner in which the human brain interfaces with the universal consciousness that author Lynne McTaggart refers to as The Field.
Dr. John L. Turner’s website is full of blogs, books, “brainsounds”, and more!
