Ernest comes from a varied dance/movement background.
He began studying Pilates due to his own dance-related injuries. As a result of the tremendous effect Pilates had on his body, Ernest was certified and began teaching.
Ernest is also a certified Personal Trainer, and uses Pilates as a thru line in training his clients.
