A “Go To” book for me: Save Our Bones by Vivian Goldschmidt
People ask me sometimes, “What are your sources?” or “What are the ‘Go To’ books for you?” There are several, but one of the key books for me is “Save Our Bones” by Vivian Goldschmidt, M.A. This is a fantastic book that I turn to over and over again.
Liminal Moments by Cheryl Shainmark

Consciousness
Remembering Ravi Shankar by Nancy Mehagian — Nancy writes, “ I first saw Ravi Shankar at the Monterey Pop Festival in 1967 where he electrified the audience, most of whom had never before heard classical Indian music. Advocates Won’t let Up on the GMO Labeling Issue from www.theepochtimes.com by Conan Milner California’s Proposition 37, the nation’s most promising measure to date in the effort to label genetically modified organisms (GMOs), ended in defeat in November. But labeling advocates say the fight is far from over.
Books /Media
Wheat Belly by William Davis, MD Review by Cheryl Shainmark “ Wheat Belly” is a real eye-opener, addressing some of the biggest problems in health today — obesity, adult diabetes, heart disease and more — all get a critical reassessment after Dr. Davies identifies what may be the biggest culprit: wheat.
Books/Media
Evidence of the Gods by Erich Von Daniken Review by Cheryl Shainmark This is an amazing compilation of new writing side by side with the author’s own photographs from 30 years worth of world travel. Evidence of the Gods may be his most persuasive book yet that ancient humans were witness to, and influenced by, alien contact.
