Teresa Hale: Founder of The Hale Clinic

***image1*** The Hale Clinic was founded by Teresa Hale whose aim is to combine and integrate the principles of conventional and complementary medicine as no one system of medicine has the whole answer to every medical problem.

Great emphasis is placed on preventative medicine as a way of maintaining good health following treatment. The roots of Chinese health care lie in acupuncture and medical herbalism.

In India, Ayurvedic remedies play a large part in treating disease. Homeopathy and herbalism are widely practiced throughout Europe. There is empirical evidence to suggest that all of these methods are effective in combating ill health.

While modern western medicine tends to focus on treating specific illnesses and their symptoms “complementary medicine” takes a broader view and considers factors such as a patient’s diet, temperament, work environment and sleeping habits amongst others when prescribing treatment.

There are over 100 practitioners based at The Hale Clinic, 20 of whom are medical doctors, many of whom are multi-disciplinary. Of the complementary medical therapies practiced at the clinic, some are over 3000 years old and some have been developed within the last 50 years.

New Year Kundalini Question & Answer

| by Ravi Singh & Ana Brett

One thing we encourage, whether you choose to cook or un-cook, is to opt for 100% organic ingredients. Our nervous systems and livers, etc., are not meant to withstand the onslaught of pesticides and heavy metals which have found their way onto and into our produce! Bottom line: You will always get longer lasting results if you institute healthy changes over the long haul.

He was one of many “human shields” strategically placed in prisons adjacent to the Iraqi military’s armament facilities. It was during this critical time that David Cunningham, a highly successful manager of international hotels and five star restaurants, made his personal peace with God and pledged to use his spiritual healing “gifts” to heal others if and when he was allowed to live and be released from captivity. “

Shake Your Chakras

| by Ravi Singh & Ana Brett

Once we feel balance we can let go of control. When we dance we allow ourselves to feel what off balance is like. This is the dance of life, falling and falling again. When we accept this pattern of falling and catching ourselves, then we are in accord with the natural pattern of life’s ebb and flow. It is very freeing to let oneself go. There is abundant joy in being grounded and centered and in allowing ourselves to be vulnerable enough to fall and fall again, confident that we will find our equilibrium in the face of uncertainty.

Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton

All in all the Biology of Belief is one of the more informative and interesting books I’ve read. Biology coupling with Quantum physics could just be the beginning of a very enlightened society. Quantum Biology coupling with some intense and positive beliefs could take that same enlightened society and cause them to change the world and everyone, thing in it. It would be in violation of every moral fiber in my body not to recommend this book to others.

Dance: The Hidden Language of the Soul

| by Ravi Singh & Ana Brett

The Dance the Chakras concept is in the true spirit of the Kundalini Yoga and Tantric traditions where the bottom line is always what works. Yoga means to join. Yoke. Tantra means to weave. Through these practices we can experience the dance of life and existence, past and present, and connect to the deep places within ourselves that we have no words to express.
