***image1***I mentioned Miriam Novalle and her tea salon in a separate article a short while ago. Miriam’s “T salon” has a warm, inviting feel, and has become one of my favorite spots in Manhattan to meet with friends/students and relax over one of Miriam’s exotic blends.

Miriam is now opening the NYC T School located at 11 East 20th Street. She will introduce to students the world of tea by covering such topics as how to open your own tea salon, the health benefits of tea and also the various different kinds of tea grown around the world.
