Health: It’s All About Consciousness by Ivan Rados

Ivan RadosHealth is the natural result of simply being. When we are grounded in the universal consciousness the author calls our “One Self,” we exist in perfect balance and are therefore healthy. This is because there is no fracturing within our One Self, which knows nothing but well-being. It is whole, or “holy.” In each of us there resides a subtle system of energy portals known as chakras, which are the seven key centers around which our subtle energy system whirls. These seven chakras act as receivers and transmitters for the energy of our One Self. When our chakras become dysfunctional, we become vulnerable to all kinds of illnesses and trauma from the external world.

Disease–dis-ease–is the result of energy blockages caused by stressful experiences we haven’t fully worked through, allowed ourselves to feel, and really accepted. Healing comes from an aware detachment from those past experiences. In other words, to be healed means to be made whole–to be made holy–which is to experience reconnection with our One Self.

When individual chakras are harmonized with each of the other chakras through reconnection to our source, energy flows freely and contributes to the health of the immune system and the body’s ability to heal itself.

It also reveals how restoring chakra functioning impacts the seven endocrine glands, the immune system, and the entire nervous system. By accepting ourselves completely, which leads to loving the whole of life unconditionally, we no longer experience dis-ease and become a manifestation of the health of our One Self.

We are healed and become healthy.

The Spiritual Anatomy of Emotion: How Feelings Link the Brain, the Body, and the Sixth Sense by Michael A. Jawer with Marc S. Micozzi, M.D., Ph.D.

| by Michael A. Jawer with Marc S. Micozzi, M.D., Ph.D.

Based on differences in how each of us literally feels–our innate sensitivity–the more physical disturbances we are likely to have, from ailments such as migraines, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and post-traumatic stress to anomalous perceptions such as apparitions and involuntary out-of-body experiences. Using the latest scientific research on immunity, sensation, stress, cognition, and emotional expression, the authors demonstrate that the way we process our feelings provides a key to who is most likely to experience these phenomena and why. They explain that emotion is a portal into the world of extraordinary perception, and they provide the studies that validate the science behind telepathic dreams, poltergeist disturbances, and ESP.” Foreword by Larry Dossey, M.D
