An Alternative Path to Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis
A dear friend of mine suffered from Multiple Sclerosis and I watched her physical decline for years before she sadly passed away in 2013. This was so distressing to me, that when I first saw this TED talk from Dr. Terry Wahls, on her miraculous reversal of this terrible disease, I was enthralled. I immediately wanted to know more and started researching her story. A medical academic at The University of Iowa, Wahls was 45 when she was diagnosed with MS. Her health declined rapidly, and within a few years she was in a wheelchair.

Life is in the Transitions: Mastering Change at Any Age
In his new book Life is in the Transitions: Mastering Change at Any Age Bruce Feiler notes that the idea that we’ll have one job, one relationship, one source of happiness for most of our lives is outdated, and that we now live in a non-linear world that forces us to make transitions. While this trend has been occurring for some time, what is new right now is that the whole world is going through these transitions at once. How we face these life altering changes, and what tools we can use to help process these events is at the core of this book.
Dr. Grossman writes, “Mind/Body medicine is based on the fact that our health and well-being depend on all the individual parts to work together effectively. So it should come as no surprise that healthy eyesight is also dependent upon our total well-being, which is affected by our genetic makeup, the food we eat, our work environment and exposure to airborne toxins, as well as our general belief systems about ourselves and the world we live in.”
Is There a Place for Geomancy Today? By Tim Walter
Geomancy is a bizarre and highly contentious approach to mental wellness and spiritual harmony. ‘Geomancy’ isn’t even the correct term for the work that people such as myself do. There isn’t really a label that is ‘correct’ for this practice. We use ‘Geomancy’ as that is the closest label we have and most people recognise what is being identified with such a label. Given that modern Geomancy has no official structure, and what each geomancer provides their clients is different, is there really a place for Geomancy in our modern world?
In Part 1 of this interview , Master Co talks with Merryn Jose about pranic healing. Stephen Co is a master of the Life Force energy. The “miracles” that Master Co performs are nature’s certain response to the conscious direction of our life force energy ( Chi or Prana ). This subtle knowledge has evolved in the Orient over thousands of years. These ancient mysteries have been organized into a clear-cut science by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui, and are taught in the West by his senior disciple, Master Stephen Co. This system is called Pranic Healing
