Eating For Beauty by David Wolf

It’s that time of year again, when we resolve to make the life changes that will help us to look and feel our best. Increasingly, we know that you are what you eat, and that true health starts with the content and quality of that food — whether it’s organic, or overly sugared and processed, a “Superfood” or a raw diet, each affects the way you look and feel. One of my favorite beauty nutrition books is “Eating For Beauty” by David Wolfe– a raw food enthusiast. It is beautifully illustrated, and is laid out in an easy to read format.

Asking the Biq Questions
A dear friend of mine, Nick Borrell, says that when you ask the BIG questions, you open a window into the Universe. As he puts it, “It creates the opportunity for fresh air to flow in and for a fresh answer to emerge.” It invites the enormous energy of creativity to pour in, and you must be very careful to leave the window open long enough to get the answers you seek — you must be patient. Now, in the beginning of the New Year, is the time that we traditionally ask the big questions: what do we want in our lives? What do we want in our world?

Merlian News Remembers Carole Hart – A Podcast

It is with great sadness that we learned of the recent passing of our dear friend, Carole Hart. Carole was an award-winning director, producer, writer who has left a wonderful legacy of important work. She began her career as one of the original writers of Sesame Street, then moved on to other programming for children, including the best-selling Free to Be…You and Me, a record album, book and television special. She also produced a number of movies for television. A few years ago, Carol gave us an interview about her recent work, a feature documentary entitled For the Next 7 Generations.
Stalking the Wild Pendulum by Itzhak Bentov

Bentov says: “I am attempting in this book to build a model of the universe that will satisfy the need for a comprehensive picture of ‘what our existence is all about.’…. Referring to psychic phenomena, he says that he will try to explain the underlying mechanisms and explain how they may work.

Be the Space by Paul Mulliner

Mr Mulliner writes, “A cosmic field-consciousness organism in all space is experiencing life within every living being, everywhere in the Universe simultaneously. One conscious space exists everywhere, inside and around us and it’s where all seeing, knowing and experiencing occurs. Our brain is immersed in this cosmic field of all-experiencing consciousness, allowing each one of us a unique window into field-awareness.”

US Joins Other Nations in Releasing UFO Data

Last month the United States joined a growing list of nations such as Britain, France, Russia, Sweden, Brazil (video), Canada and others, in releasing government data about UFOs. As reported in The New York Times, CNBC, and The Chicago Tribune, the Pentagon spent over $22 billion dollars from 2007-2012 investigating reports of unidentified flying objects, mostly reported by service members, pilots and astronauts.
