Light Limits Us To The Speed of Light: Part 3 by Laurel Botsford

| by Laurel Botsford

The science of Quantum Theory states that particles may be in multiple places simultaneously, the phenomena called superposition, which makes my ideas of imagining being someplace else while we are ‘physically’ on Earth, for example, completely real. Quantum theory also promotes the idea that either information travels at an infinite speed, ie, there is no speed of light speed limit for things other than ‘light’, or, it says, there is interconnectedness in the universe, the phenomena called entanglement. According to Quantum, since everything was created at the Big Bang, then everything in our entire universe is interconnected.

Highest Voter Turnout Since 1908 In The 2008 Historic Election Shows Unity For President Elect Barack Obama

| by Merlian News & Team

“America voted in record numbers, standing in lines that snaked around blocks and in some places in pouring rain. Voters who queued up Tuesday and the millions who balloted early propelled 2008 to what one expert said was the highest turnout in a century. It looks like 136.6 million Americans will have voted for president this election, based on 88 percent of the country’s precincts tallied and projections for absentee ballots, said Michael McDonald of George Mason University. Using his methods, that would give 2008 a 64.1 percent turnout rate.”

Life After Near Death by BBC News

A hospital on the south coast of England is currently testing the validity of near death experiences by placing unusual objects randomly around a cardiac ward. If a patient’s near death experience report includes the object and its location, weight must inevitably be added to their stories. And despite medical theories which suggest the phenomena is the result of the mind and body’s biological and psychological response to imminent death, the professor says he believes there has to be more to it than just science. He said: “Not everyone who is near death has this experience – it just does not follow that it is a last physical response to death. “This is an experience which transcends cultures, religions and classes – I believe this experience is probably the base for our belief in an afterlife.”
